Apple and Google Pay and Your City Debit Card
City is proud to offer Apple and Google Pay for personal, business and home equity debit cards. You’ll just need a supported device. For Apple Pay, you’ll need an iPhone 6 or above or an Apple Watch. Google Pay works with Lollipop (5.0) and up.
Enrolling your card
To add your card, open the respective pay app and follow the instructions on the screen.
For security reasons, you may need to call our eBanking Customer Support Center to provide additional verification to add your City card to digital wallet. If necessary, you will be prompted, along with the phone number to call.
Using Apple and Google Pay
Several retailers accept Apple and Google Pay. To find a retailer who accepts Apple Pay, click here. For Google Pay, click here. Or, look for one of these logos when you go to make a transaction. Some apps also accept Apple and Google Pay.
Lost or Stolen Phones
If you’ve temporarily misplaced your phone, just call the eBanking Customer Support Center to suspend these transactions until you find your phone. If your phone is stolen, please call 1-800-528-2273 to report your card lost or stolen.
